Batch from Scratch

Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Batch from Scratch account, and what we hold about you, at any time. It’s done within a month, and we’ll tell you when it’s done.

From the app (quickest)

  1. Open Settings and tap Send feedback.
  2. Write “Delete my account” and send it.

It comes from your signed-in account, so we know it’s you.

By email, without the app

support@batchfromscratch.app

Tell us your username, or the email you sign in with, and the name of your household. We may ask you a question only the account holder could answer before we delete it.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in: your username and password, or your email address.
  • Your name, food preferences and settings.
  • The feedback you sent, with its pictures of the screen.

What stays, for the rest of your household

Your household’s kitchen, shopping list and recipes belong to everyone in it, so they stay for the other members with the app. What you added to them stays without your name. If nobody else in the household has the app, we delete the household with your account.
